The "Conservation and restoration of the mangrove ecosystem in The Gambia through the REDD+ mechanism" project complies with a code of conduct that is also in line with The Gambia's Labour Act. Discrimination based on race, gender, and religion, as well as harassment of any kind, is prohibited. Forced labour and child labour is forbidden. All individuals are treated equally and fairly in the workplace.
